Cancellation, Refund, & No-Show Policy

We are committed to providing the highest quality service and ensuring that every step of your wellness journey with us is a positive and productive experience. To maintain this standard, we have established the following policies, which are designed to respect both your time and the time of our dedicated staff.

We reserve the right to decline any service to those who are not a candidate with health issues.

For Clients Traveling from Out of Town or Out of State:

Our cancellation policy applies to all clients, including those traveling from out of town, out of state, or visiting Minnesota on vacation or business. If your event or travel plans change and you need to cancel, please be aware that your deposit will not be refunded. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, it would be unfair to our local clients if we did not uphold the same policy across the board.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend scheduling your appointment once you have arrived in town and your plans are confirmed. This way, you can be sure to get the most out of your visit with us.

Refund Policy:

All Sales Final: All service and package sales are final at Body Techs Rx Wellness + Rehab. We take great care in preparing and delivering our services to ensure you receive the best experience possible. Once a service or package is purchased, it is non-refundable.
Product Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy on products to guarantee your satisfaction and trust in our quality. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

To clarify that when notify us within our policy time to cancel or reschedule doesn't mean its a refund. It will be a credit into your account with us. Should you change your mind after the deposit has been made and is booked on our schedule, it is not refundable. When you deposit, you are scheduled, you are reserving a time slot that others are not able to be scheduled. This takes away our opportunity of serving others who need our service. Any deposit made and not scheduled that exceeds 1 year form date of purchase will default to a loss.

Appointment Preparation & Value:

At Body Techs Rx Wellness + Rehab, your scheduled appointment is an important step in your wellness journey. Our team meticulously prepares for each visit to provide the highest level of service and attention, ensuring that you receive the care and results you deserve.

When you make a non-refundable deposit, either in-office or via our link, it signifies your agreement with our policies. As a small business, we highly value commitment and ask that you respect the time and effort we dedicate to preparing for your appointment. We kindly request that all clients honor their bookings, as no-shows impact our ability to serve others who need our services.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an opportunity to receive our services.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee. This fee compensates for the potential loss of appointment opportunities for other clients and the impact on our technicians' schedules.
No Call/No Show Fee: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notification (no call/no show), your card on file will be charged a fee of $50 or 50% of the service cost if the service is priced below $50. This policy ensures that we can continue to manage our schedule effectively and provide the best service to all our clients.
Rescheduling Policy: We allow rescheduling with proper notice, but any changes made within the 24-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation, and the associated fee will apply. After six rescheduling requests for the same appointment, further rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the session.
Card on File Requirement: For services that require hands-on time from a technician or therapist, we require a valid credit card on file. Rest assured, your privacy is our priority—our system does not store the full card number, and we will never give or sell your information to third parties.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session to avoid impacting other clients. Unfortunately, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee, as our time is valuable, and we strive to provide the best service within the allotted time.

Package Policies:

Package Deals: Package sessions offer great value and are an excellent way to commit to your wellness goals. To maximize the benefits, we recommend booking your sessions regularly. Unused sessions will expire 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded or transferred. If you are unable to use your sessions due to medical reasons, please provide a doctor’s note within 6 months to extend the validity of your package.
