This is for those that want to relax and unwind for a couple hours. Each member will enjoy each of our core sessions (Cryotherapy, Normatec Compressions, & Red Light Therapy). You will leave feeling exhilarated & refreshed.

Have your group come in and each do a quick 3 minute Cryotherapy session before enjoying a night out on the town

We do not sell or supply food or alcohol (we can make recommendations and also help decorate)
