48-Hour Cancellation,
Refund & No-Show Policy

As a small business, our schedule directly impacts our staff's livelihood. We regularly experience full Friday and Saturday schedules booked days in advance where more than half of clients cancel with little or no notice. Last-minute cancellations leave our technicians unpaid and prevent other clients from accessing those time slots. We are asking for your commitment and your respect for our team.

• Required Notice: 48 hours minimum for ALL appointments — no exceptions.
• Late Cancellation Fee: $50 charged to your card on file for any cancellation made within 48 hours of your appointment.
• No Call / No Show Fee: $50 charged to your card on file. Your deposit is retained separately and applied toward a future rescheduled appointment.
• Rescheduling: One reschedule permitted per appointment with proper 48-hour notice. New client promotions have 30 days from their initial booking to reschedule and keep their deposit. After 30 days, the deposit is void.
• Saturdays & Peak Times: The 48-hour policy is non-negotiable for all Saturday bookings.

You will receive automated reminders via text and email at 72 hours and 48 hours before your appointment — giving you ample time to cancel or reschedule within the policy window.

A valid credit or debit card on file is required to book any appointment at Body Techs Wellness & Esthetics.

• Your card will NOT be charged at booking beyond the required deposit.
• Your card WILL be charged automatically for any late cancellation or no-show fees.
• Our system does not store your full card number. We will never sell or share your payment information.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. You remain responsible for the full service fee regardless of arrival time.

• All Sales Final: All service and package sales are non-refundable.
• Cancellation Credits: Cancellations with 48+ hours notice receive an account credit — not a cash refund.
• Product Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Deposit Clarification: Your deposit holds your time slot. It is non-refundable. Cancel within policy = account credit. No-show or late cancel = deposit retained + $50 fee charged separately.
• Expired Deposits: Deposits not applied to a scheduled appointment within 1 year of purchase will be forfeited.

• Unused package sessions expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If sessions cannot be used due to a documented medical reason, a doctor's note submitted within 6 months may be used to request a package extension.

Body Techs Wellness & Esthetics reserves the right to decline service to any client who presents with health conditions that make them an unsuitable candidate for a given service. Our team will always communicate this directly and respectfully.
