How far apart should sessions be?
For body sculpting, we recommend spacing sessions 1–2 weeks apart to allow your body to process fat and build on each treatment. Wellness core sessions (cryo, red light, compression) can be done daily or several times per week.
Can I share my package sessions?
Yes! Wellness Core packages are fully shareable — bring a friend, partner, or family member. Body sculpting and esthetic packages are designed for one person to get the best treatment plan continuity and results.
Is there any downtime after sessions?
Zero downtime for cryotherapy, red light, compression, body sculpting, and cryo facials — you can go straight back to your day. Microneedling may cause 24–48 hours of mild redness and sensitivity.
