By accessing or using the website at bodytechsrx.com or by booking or receiving services at Body Techs Wellness & Esthetics ("Body Techs," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Body Techs offers wellness, recovery, body sculpting, esthetics, and chiropractic services. All services are provided for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, particularly if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications.

3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy. Please review our full Cancellation & No-Show Policy for complete details. Key terms include:

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees
• No-shows and late cancellations may be charged a fee
• Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments

4. Memberships & Packages

By purchasing a membership or service package, you agree to the following:

• Memberships are individual and non-transferable — they may not be shared with or transferred to another person
• Membership fees are billed on the agreed billing cycle and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Packages and prepaid sessions expire as stated at the time of purchase
• Body Techs reserves the right to modify membership pricing with reasonable advance notice

5. New Client Promotions

New client promotional offers are valid for first-time clients only, one per person, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Body Techs reserves the right to verify new client status and to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

6. Financing

Financing options through Paytient are available for qualifying purchases of $500 or more. Financing is subject to approval and the terms of the financing provider. Body Techs is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or decisions of any third-party financing provider.

7. Health Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that wellness services, including but not limited to cryotherapy, body sculpting, red light therapy, and esthetics treatments, carry inherent risks. By booking and receiving services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such services.

You represent that you are in good health and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, medications, or contraindications to our staff prior to receiving services. Body Techs reserves the right to decline service to any individual whose health condition may pose a risk.

8. Photography & Media

Before and after photos and testimonials displayed on our website are used with client consent. If you provide a testimonial or consent to photography, you grant Body Techs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Body Techs Wellness & Esthetics or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Techs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
